Paragon's flagship duty free store serves approximately 1.2 million passengers annually travelling through Hosea Kutako International Airport — Namibia's primary gateway to the world.
This store is consistently ranked among the best-performing duty free shops in the SADC region, measured per square metre. We continuously upgrade our systems and product mix to ensure every customer leaves with a memorable experience.
Our Zambia store serves more than 1.5 million travellers passing through Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka. This brand-new store was designed to be complementary to the recently built Terminal 2 structure.
By providing individual attention, amazing deals and a large selection of prestige and luxury brands, we have completely reimagined the shopping experience for international travellers transiting through Zambia.
Nestled in the impressive airport building at one of Africa's most iconic destinations, our Victoria Falls store serves approximately 350,000 international passengers annually.

Distribution & Logistics
Our customs-certified Bonded Warehouse in Windhoek — certified as NAMSOS692 — is the central distribution hub supporting all Paragon duty free retail operations across Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. At any given time, the warehouse holds more than 15,000 different product lines.
We place specific emphasis on locally and African-manufactured goods — art, craft, jewellery, souvenirs, clothing, skincare, woodcraft, wines and spirits — alongside comprehensive international duty free categories. Our logistics team uses long-haul road freight and airfreight partnerships to deliver on time to all regional operations.
